Thường tụi mình thích đi vòng vòng và ăn uống bên Taka hơn, dạo này đổi gout, hay đi bên Vincom, phát hiện quán Ramen này mới nên ăn thử.
Nói sơ 1 chút về tên quán: Hachiban trong Tiếng Nhật nghĩa là số 8: 8ばん – 八番. Theo như trên website quán thì số 8 tượng trưng cho 2 điều sau:
Khi nhìn vào số 8, chúng ta dễ liên tưởng đến con lật đật, tượng trưng cho sự bền bỉ, ổn định.
Khi đặt số 8 nằm ngang, nó trở thành biểu tượng “vô cực”, ý muốn mang đến chất lượng và dịch vụ ổn định…
Các bạn có thể thấy số 8 xuất hiện trong tất cả các tô mì của quán. Tô nào cũng có 1 miếng chả cá có số 8 ở giữa. Cũng hay!

Sau đây là 1 vài đánh giá của tụi mình:
Vị trí: mình đánh giá vị trí khá đẹp, dễ nhận ra, từ tầng hầm gửi xe, đi thang cuốn lên là đụng ngay mặt luôn.
Không gian: bên ngoài nhìn có vẻ nhỏ, hẹp nhưng vô bên trong rộng rãi, nhìn sáng sủa, trang trí đẹp, lịch sự.
Menu: thường tụi mình ít chụp menu, vì nhiều quán nhân viên cứ đứng chờ đến khi gọi món, chủ yếu chắc mình ngại. Nhiều khi gọi món xong là nhân viên lấy lại menu nên không chụp luôn.
Nhìn chung tờ thực đơn nhìn mỏng mỏng nhưng mình thấy mì đa dạng, có nhiều nước súp để lựa chọn, có cả khô và nước, chắc phải ăn vài lần mới khám phá hết.
Phục vụ:
Nhân viên trẻ còn hơi nhát (cảm nhận của mình) nhưng dễ thương. Món lên cũng nhanh, không chờ đợi lâu.
Món ăn:
Đợt tụi mình đi ăn đang có chương trình này, nhìn thì đơn giản, tới khi tham khảo menu thì không đơn giản lắm. Vì ít loại từ 78k trở lên và không chắc mình thích ăn cái loại từ 78k không nữa. Cuối cùng là tụi mình không nằm trong diện khuyến mãi này.
Về các loại gia vị nêm nếm thêm trên bàn thì có: sốt chấm gyoza (há cảo Nhật), dầu giấm và dầu ớt.
Tụi mình gọi 2 tô mì, 1 phần há cảo và topping măng muối:
- Negi Chashu men (Mì trộn với hành, dầu ớt và thịt xá xíu): mì khô ở đây trộn khá thấm, vị vừa miệng, xá xíu đậm đà, món này ai thích cay cay thêm như mình bỏ thêm dầu ớt.
- Mì Shoyu (mì rau vị Shoyu và thịt xá xíu): sợi mì ăn được, mướt, không dai lắm, nước lèo thanh thanh, không mặn mòi lắm, nhưng chấp nhận được ở mức giá này.
- Há cảo Nhật 6 viên: món này mình gọi chơi, không ngờ ở đây làm ổn ghê. Lớp bột mỏng, rìa ngoài chiên giòn, ăn không thua mấy tiệm mắc mắc là bao.
- Măng muối: món này ở đây làm bình thường, không ngon.
Trà xanh Nhật – 18k 
Mì negi chashu – 58k 
Mì Shoyu – 58k
Giá cả: hợp lý, mức giá khá dễ chịu cho món này, đáng để thử. Thiệt hại: 240k/ 2 người. Giá trên menu/ hình là giá chưa bao gồm 10% VAT.
