Tụi mình search và coi show này trên Netflix, không biết trên mạng có coi được gameshow này không. Tụi mình bỏ Netflix cũng hơn cả năm rồi, vì nội dung hồi đó khá ít và chán. Đợt gần đây nghe vợ chồng người bạn giới thiệu Netflix giờ nội dung đa dạng, update nhiều phim Hàn (mà tụi mình hay coi phim Hàn) thế là lại mò vào đăng ký lại để coi. Giới thiệu về luật chơi:
Show này có tất cả 10 tập. Mỗi tập lấy chủ đề là ẩm thực của 1 nước, chia làm 2 vòng:

Thông thường trong 3 người này sẽ có 1 nhà phê bình ẩm thực và 2 người nổi tiếng tại đất nước đó. 3 vị giám khảo này sẽ chọn 1 món ăn đặc trưng cho nước mình làm chủ đề thi cho vòng đầu. Sau đó chọn ra 3 đội nấu tốt nhất, sẽ là 3 đội an toàn, 3 đội nấu tệ nhất sẽ lọt vào vòng nguy hiểm và tiếp tục đấu loại trừ với nhau. Tất nhiên càng về sau, số lượng các đội càng ít thì số lượng đội an toàn càng thấp. Vậy chiến thuật sống sót ở vòng này là gì?
Bởi vì chỉ có 1 giám khảo là nhà phê bình ẩm thực nên sáng suốt nhất vẫn là cố gắng lấy được phiếu bình chọn từ 2 vị giám khảo còn lại. Nghĩa là bạn phải nắm bắt được khẩu vị chung của nước đó, cố gắng nấu ngon theo hướng truyền thống là an toàn nhất. Tất nhiên nếu món ăn nước đó không phải là sở trường của vị bếp trưởng này, còn nếu thật sự tự tin và là sở trường thì cứ việc bay bổng, sáng tạo nhưng cốt yếu vẫn là bạn phải an toàn để còn đi tiếp.
2. Vòng loại trừ: giám khảo là 1 bếp trưởng chuyên nghiệp, sở hữu sao Michelin đến từ đất nước chủ đề. Vị giám khảo này sẽ chọn 1 nguyên liệu đặc trưng của nước mình làm chủ đề, các thí sinh phải nấu 1 món chính với chủ đề là nguyên liệu này và làm nổi bật được nguyên liệu này trong món ăn. Nếu ở các vòng trước họ đã từng hợp tác, giúp đỡ nhau, thì ở vòng đấu cuối cùng họ sẽ cạnh tranh với nhau để giành lấy danh hiệu người chiến thắng cuối cùng, người sẽ có thể ngồi chung mâm với 9 vị giám khảo bên dưới.

Sau khi xem xong game show mình thấy kích thích nhiều, hiểu được một số ẩm thực trên thế giới chưa có cơ hội tiếp xúc. Ở show ẩm thực này, tính hợp tác đồng đội cao, không có nhiều những lời trách móc, đổ lỗi, phải nói họ làm việc rất chuyên nghiệp, có trách nhiệm.
Trong số những vị giám khảo, mình ấn tượng nhất với giám khảo Grant Achatz (lý do mình đã nói ở trên), mình thực sự khâm phục nghị lực và lòng yêu nghề của ông. Nhưng về sau họ chứng tỏ họ là đối thủ đáng gờm và tiềm năng ah.
