Mình uống sữa tươi trân châu đường đen lần đầu ở Đài Loan, vị của nó thanh thanh, béo nhẹ, trân châu mềm. Đối tác của mình nói món này bên Đài rất được yêu thích, mình trước giờ vốn không thích đường nâu, sau khi uống thứ thức uống đó thấy cũng hay hay nhưng không quá phấn khích vì định kiến về vị của đường nâu. Bẵng đi 1 thời gian, món này đến Việt Nam, gây ra cơn sốt lớn, mình cũng tìm tòi uống, so sánh thử vị so với bên kia rồi không biết ghiền lúc nào không hay :(. Đúng là nghiệp quật :((.
Nói đến món này ở Việt Nam mình thấy cả 3 hiệu The Alley, Tiger Sugar và Xing Fu Tang đều ngon, mỗi hiệu có vị ngon riêng. Gần đây phải kiêng sữa tươi nên Xing Fu Tang vô lâu lắm giờ mình mới bấm bụng đi uống :(.

Sau đây là 1 vài đánh giá của tụi mình:
Không gian: chi nhánh này nhìn cũng khá nhỏ, phía dưới là quầy order và pha chế, 2 lầu trên dành cho khách đến mua uống tại quán. Quán cố ý để cho mình thấy công đoạn ngào trân châu trong đường nâu luôn, nhìn cũng hấp dẫn. Gần chỗ cầu thang có quầy xin xăm, mình cũng hí hửng lại xin thử ha. Cùng 1 số nhưng 1 chồng các tờ xăm không có tờ nào giống tờ nào, và trên mỗi tờ xăm không có số, nên lấy xong số của mình bạn nhớ đọc rồi hẵng lấy dùm bạn bè, nếu không lại không biết của mình hay của người khác :D. Ah 1 điều nữa là mình thấy hầu hết các tờ xăm đều mang ý tốt, các lời chúc chứ không giống xăm xin trong chùa.
Tụi mình ngồi uống ngay lầu 1, cũng khá nhiều bàn, có bàn nhìn ra đường, có bàn ngay cạnh tường, hoặc nhìn xuống chỗ quầy pha chế. Trang trí đơn giản, lịch sự, sáng sủa, lúc lên lầu mình để ý có mùi nhang/ trầm quen thuộc giống giống bên Đài.
Phục vụ:
Bình thường, cũng không có gì để nhận xét nhiều. Giữ xe: Free.
Thực đơn:
Cũng khá ít món, một số món nhìn cũng lạ lạ, chủ yếu là các loại thạch ở đây tên nghe hơi lạ, ly trà trên menu in nhìn bắt mắt.
Thức uống:
Tụi mình chọn 2 loại sữa tươi trân châu đường đen và trà lài mật ong với thạch thỏ, cả 2 loại tụi mình đều uống lạnh.
- Sữa tươi trân châu đường đen: ở đây bán cả loại nóng, hơi lạ, mình chưa thử nên không biết sao. Nhưng thời tiết ở Sài Gòn nóng nực quá nên lười uống nóng. Vị ngọt vừa phải, rất thanh, vị béo cũng nhẹ à, trân châu nhỏ, mềm. Ở đây làm vị rất giống lần mình uống bên Đài Loan. Điều đáng tiếc là không có nhiều size để lựa chọn, có 1 size 1 cho loại này và mình thấy ly này quá là nhỏ, uống không ép phê. Ly nhỏ như vậy cho mức giá 68k mình đánh giá là cao, mắc ah.
- Trà lài mật ong + thạch thỏ: trà đậm, rõ vị, thơm lắm, có vài lát chanh bỏ vào hơi chua chua, không ngọt, viên rau câu hình con thỏ ú nu nhìn cưng. Vị của thạch thỏ ngọt ngọt, béo béo, nói chung nó là viên rau câu sữa ah. Ăn cũng khá ngon.
Trà lài mật ong + thạch thỏ – 85k 
Sữa tươi trân châu đường đen (lạnh) – 68k
Giá cả: mình thấy trà, sữa tươi ở đây ngon, vị giống bên Đài Loan, nhưng size thì quá nhỏ, với mình mức giá này mình thấy hơi bị mắc. 1 ly nhỏ như vậy uống cũng không đã nữa. Thiệt hại: ~153k/ 2 người.
