Quán này lâu lắm rồi tụi mình mới đi ăn lại, sau này ít đi ăn buffet nên ít ghé chỗ này. Đợt này tự nhiên thèm lẩu Sukiyaki, chợt nhớ đến quán này bán buffet nên rủ vợ chồng người bạn tới ăn cho thỏa thích. Tụi mình đi thứ 2 để được ưu đãi đi 4 tính tiền 3 nha. Tụi mình sợ thứ 2 khuyến mãi đông nên có gọi điện đặt bàn trước, hiện tại nhà hàng có 2 chi nhánh rồi. 1 cái ở Trần Hưng Đạo, tụi mình chọn bên Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai cho gần nhà.

Sau đây là 1 vài đánh giá của tụi mình:
Vị trí: mặt tiền, ngay góc ngã 4 Pasteur – Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai nên dễ tìm, dễ nhận ra.
Không gian: quán lớn, có sân phía trước để xe rộng rãi, quán buffet lẩu trang trí nhìn khá là đẹp, sang, giữa các chỗ ngồi sử dụng vách ngăn, nhạc bật không quá lớn nên nói chuyện thoải mái và cảm giác riêng tư, tiếp khách cũng rất ok. Giữ xe: Free.
Quầy rau, nấm, mì…
Thực đơn: mình ít khi chụp thực đơn, nhưng cũng ráng chụp vài tấm cho mọi người tham khảo. Phía dưới là giá tiền buffet tùy thuộc ăn lẩu đơn hay lẩu đôi, ăn trong 1h30 hay không giới hạn (menu ghi 2h nhưng nhân viên nói là không giới hạn). Giá buffet sẽ bao gồm rau tùy chọn, thịt (heo+bò) bưng lên liên tục. Tụi mình chọn buffet nước luôn là +35k/ người, uống nước thỏa thích ở quầy riêng, tự đi lấy (gồm nước ngọt, Milo, Nestea + kem 6-7 mùi gì đó).
Phục vụ: dễ thương, niềm nở, khay thịt hết nhân viên sẽ tự bưng lên khay mới. Đôi khi bận quá thì tụi mình phải kêu. Nhìn chung mình thấy phục vụ ở đây tốt.
Món ăn:
Miếng giấy lót có giới thiệu và các loại nước chấm, nước châm cho lẩu do nhân viên dọn sẵn, cách ăn, cách pha chế nước chấm và loại nước chấm nào ăn với thịt nào. Nếu bạn không đọc/ không để ý, không sao, lúc nhân viên dọn ra hết sẽ ra giải thích lại và hướng dẫn các loại nước chấm, cách pha cho bạn.
Phía dưới là 2 loại nước chấm để ăn thịt heo, màu cánh gián là sốt Ponzu sẽ có vị chua chua, màu vàng là nước chấm mè nên ăn sẽ béo béo tùy khẩu vị bạn thích thế nào. Mình thì luân phiên 2 loại cho ngon. Ngoài ra mỗi người sẽ có 1 trứng gà sống, đập ra đánh nhẹ, sau khi nhúng thịt bò vào lẩu Sukiyaki chấm với trứng này vừa đậm đà, vừa ngọt vừa béo, cực kỳ hợp, ăn đã ghiền.
Ở quán có 4 loại nước lẩu, tụi mình ăn lẩu đôi nên sẽ chọn 2 loại trong 4 loại nước lẩu trên.
- Shabu Shabu: nước trong, vị thanh, từ bẹ, tảo biển, lạt lắm nên mới đầu y như nước sôi vậy đó. Đối với loại này bạn nên bỏ nhiều nấm và rong biển, càng về sau sẽ cảm nhận được vị ngọt thanh. Tụi mình thường nhúng thịt heo vào nước này.
- Sukiyaki: mặn mặn, ngọt ngọt, thường nấu từ nước tương, mirin, đường…
- Miso kimchi: vị mặn mặn từ miso và cay cay của kim chi. Lần trước tụi mình có thử loại này nhưng không thích lắm, miso cũng khá kén người Việt ăn.
- Goma Tounyu: loại này là nước lèo nấu từ mè và sữa đậu nành nên vị sẽ béo. Mình nghĩ ăn buffet nếu lẩu béo sẽ dễ ngán nên mình không chọn loại này.
Giá cả: hợp lý cả về giá buffet đồ ăn và nước uống. Đồ uống chủ yếu mình chọn uống Milo và Nestea, cũng có pha Coca/ Fanta để đổi vị. Kem khá ngon. Điểm trừ duy nhất thịt heo và bò chỉ có 1 loại duy nhất, không được lựa chọn các loại như thăn/ ba rọi/ sườn… Nhưng dù sao mình thấy đây là nơi ăn buffet rất ngon và đáng tiền. Thiệt hại: ~1tr450k/ 4 người.
