Tụi mình tham khảo menu của quán thấy hấp dẫn quá nên chọn đi ăn quán này. Hiệu này có 2 chi nhánh, 1 cái bên Takashimaya, 1 cái bên Nguyễn Văn Thủ. Chi nhánh này gần nhà bạn tụi mình hơn, tiện hơn nên quyết định ghé đây. Nói thiệt là ăn xong vẫn chỉ lưng lửng mà món gọi nhiều lắm rồi :))). Cả đám mới nghiệm ra tới đây ăn bánh thì chí lý hơn.

Sau đây là 1 vài đánh giá của tụi mình:
Vị trí: khúc này vắng, yên tĩnh, quán dễ tìm. Tòa nhà này là căn hộ dịch vụ, phía trên cho thuê, tầng dưới là quán này.
Không gian: bên ngoài nhìn hẹp, nhỏ, hơi thất vọng. Lúc vô thì thấy không đến nỗi. Cách bài trí, màu sắc làm bên trong có vẻ thoải mái, dịu, trang trí có gout hơn chi nhánh kia ah.
Menu: chi nhánh này món mặn hơi ít, không đa dạng bằng bên kia (hơi buồn). Menu bánh và nước vẫn phong phú và hấp dẫn.
Món ăn:
Nước nhiều loại quá nên cũng hơi hoa mắt. Giá nước khá là cao nên cũng đắn đo. Cuối cùng tụi mình uống 2 loại sau:
- Red Lips: loại nước ép nguyên chất để lạnh, gồm “táo xanh, gừng, chanh dây, củ dền, cam sành”, màu thì thấy của củ dền rồi. Vị ngon, nguyên chất, chua ngọt vừa phải, loại này healthy, kích thích vị giác nhưng ít quá trời, uống không đã gì hết. Có dọn kèm 1 viên hình bông hoa, mình tưởng đường mà mình thấy vừa rồi không thêm vào. Mình ăn trực tiếp thấy giống mứt rau câu của VN ngày Tết, nhưng ngọt vừa phải, ngon.
- Polar Night: ly này phải nói quá đẹp luôn, lung linh huyền ảo, mấy cục đá như băng ah. Uống cũng ok, dễ uống, không ngon lắm.
- Roast Beef: bò ở đây tất cả là bò làm chín sẵn rồi để ngăn mát dọn ra, nên sẽ không nóng sốt nha. Trang trí như 1 bông hồng vậy, dễ thương, chấm sốt hợp, thịt mềm, ngon.
- Artichoke: món này lạ nên kêu. Phải gỡ từng lá của nó, cầm cái lá có phần nhân màu xám chấm sốt. Ngon, lạ nhưng ăn hơi cực. Y như ngồi lể ốc ah. Sốt khá lạ ah, beo béo của mayonaise và mặn mòi, mùi giống dashi.
OEUF Mayonaise: trứng lòng đào phủ sốt mayonaise anchovy. Sốt mình thấy giống sốt trong món artichoke đó. Trứng lòng đào làm chuẩn, đẹp, món này béo ngậy.
Lần đầu ăn món couscous này, cảm giác y như bo bo của VN mình. Món này ăn được, lạ.
- Cold Salmon Roe Spaghetti: mì Ý trứng cá hồi, món này đơn giản nhưng khá ngon, không cầu kỳ nhưng đậm đà, vừa miệng. Trứng cá hồi cắn nổ tanh tách.
- Mentaiko Spaghetti: mì Ý với trứng cá tuyết và rau mầm. Món này hơi béo chút, rau mầm hơi nhẫn nhẫn, vị hơi lạt, mì mướt, ăn được, chứ mình không thích lắm.
- Bacon steak: Thịt xông khói nhà làm với gỗ sakura, nhìn không bắt mắt như mấy thịt xông khói khác, nhưng ăn khá ngon đó. Thịt mềm, mọng, thơm, vị đậm đà.
- Chicken ham: ham ức gà dùng kèm sốt xoài và miso, món này thịt mềm, vẫn còn ẩm, ăn khá bình thường. Thấy lạ và còn đói nên tụi mình kêu thử.
Gyu Tataki Carpacio: Bò carpacio, chỗ này làm tái tái thôi, dễ ăn, bò mềm, sốt đậm đà, thịt bò cũng là để mát bưng ra. Ngon ah.
- Matcha Mille Crepes: bánh crepes nhiều lớp xếp chồng lên, vị matcha. Hơi béo, vị matcha đắng nhẹ, thơm, món này đối với mình hơi ngán.
- Saigon Turle Lake – Hồ Con Rùa: món này quá đẹp, độc, tái hiện 1 địa điểm nổi tiếng ở Sài Gòn. Món này bưng ra nguyên đám tụi mình không khỏi xuýt xoa. Con rùa nhìn cưng muốn xỉu, ăn giống miếng bánh mì ngọt, vị ngọt vừa, hậu chua nhẹ, 2 con cá là bánh mochi nước ăn thanh mát, trơn tuột xuống cổ luôn :))). Đã.
- 4 Cheese Souffle: món tráng miệng Pháp khó tìm. Mình không nghĩ là ở đây có món này luôn. Thêm nữa là mình thấy về hình dạng bên Taka làm món này có vẻ chuẩn hơn. Bánh ở đây bưng ra vẫn có độ phồng nhưng giống như kiểu bị đổ bẹp xuống, méo mó 1 bên. Vị thì cực kỳ béo, thơm lừng, ngon. Quán dọn kèm sốt dâu (lạnh) và viên kem dâu luôn. Ngoại trừ chút điểm trừ về ngoại hình cái bánh, món này ở đây quá ok. Trong 2 vị matcha và cheese mình thấy cheese ngon hơn.
