Mình chọn medium-rare còn bạn Gấu thì ăn rare luôn. Như đã nói ở trên phần của mình thì thịt đã gần nghiêng sang medium luôn, còn phần bạn Gấu thì tầm tầm medium-rare :))). Thịt mềm, mọng nước, sốt ăn hợp, ngon.
Thăn Wagyu, cà rốt non với cam, bột quế
