Udon ở Sài Gòn thường mình thích Marukame và tiệm này nhất. Trái với Marukame làm theo kiểu công nghiệp thì udon ở đây theo kiểu hand-made, tươi nên tụi mình chuộng hơn.

Sau đây là 1 vài đánh giá của tụi mình:
Không gian: quán nằm trong hẻm, hơi khuất, đến 1 lần là nhớ. Hẻm để xe thoải mái, quán rộng rãi, trang trí giống mấy quán Nhật khác, nhưng nhìn có vẻ bình dân chứ không mắc. Đây là phía ngoài.

Đa số khách đến ăn là khách Nhật, chủ yếu đi bộ nữa, mình chưa đến buổi tối nên không biết đông không, thường đi buổi trưa thấy có vẻ lai rai à. Trên bàn có chuông gọi nhân viên. Có dạng quầy bếp mở và bàn ghế tại quầy.

Phục vụ:
Nhanh nhẹn, dễ thương, ổn.
Thực đơn:
Không nhớ cơ duyên nào mà mình chụp được gần hết cái menu của quán nữa. Nói chung cũng nhiều món ah. Tụi mình chủ yếu đến ăn udon nên chưa có dịp khám phá các món khác (ăn udon không cũng no rồi :D).
Món ăn:
Quán này nước khá là phong phú so với các quán Nhật khác, đa số toàn nước ngọt. Sâm và trà ở đây pha ổn, không quá ngọt, thanh, uống được.
Sâm bí đao – 12k Trà bông cúc – 22k
Bạn Gấu order 1 set Oyakodon (cơm trứng) và phần mì kake udon (udon + hành lá). Món cơm trứng đơn giản của người Nhật trộn với sốt teriyaki ngọt ngọt, sốt hơi bị ít với tụi mình. Cơm đẻo, trứng béo, ngon, đậm. Mì sợi tươi, dai, bự, nước lèo thanh, ngọt.

Pirikara Tsukemen (phiên bản mì trộn dầu ớt Tứ Xuyên của Nhật): mình gọi vui vậy, không chắc phải không? Vì 2 món có nhiều điểm chung, đều là mì khô, sốt là dầu ớt. Phiên bản mì khô này của Nhật sốt để riêng, nước sốt giống nước thịt, có thịt băm, dầu ớt, mè, hành, củ sen… cay cay, ăn không hơi mặn, chấm với mì vừa. Sợi mì mướt, dai, món này ăn lạ miệng mà dễ ghiền.

Giá cả: hợp lý, mềm, một phần ăn no, chất lượng. Thiệt hại: ~231k/ 2 người. Giữ xe: Free.
