Thực ra quán này tụi mình ăn quán bên Trương Định nhiều lần rồi, từ lúc nó mới ra ah, mà không hiểu sao mình không cảm được, không thể có cảm tình với món này. Sau này bạn Gấu muốn ăn món này toàn đi 1 mình, đợt này qua Vivo chơi thấy quán này, cũng lâu lắm chưa ăn nên mình ăn lại xem có thay đổi suy nghĩ không.

Sau đây là 1 vài đánh giá của tụi mình:
Vị trí: trên tầng 2 khu mua sắm của Vivo, đi thang cuốn lên là thấy bên tay phải rồi, dễ tìm. Bên chi nhánh này nhờ nằm trong khu mua sắm nên lượng khách đều, có vẻ đông hơn bên Trương Định.
Không gian: chỉ là 1 gian nhỏ nhỏ (không phải 1 cửa hàng riêng biệt) thôi nên không gian hơi chật chội, ít bàn, trang trí đơn giản, bình thường, nhiều vật dụng làm cảm giác giống quán Việt hơn Nhật.
Menu: các loại mì khô. Menu bên chi nhánh này có thêm mì nước nữa, có dịp tụi mình sẽ thử.
Phục vụ:
Order và tính tiền tại quầy, sau đó nhân viên sẽ bưng đồ ăn ra. Không có gì để nhận xét nhiều, không phục vụ gì nhiều nên… bình thường.
Món ăn:
Giữa các loại chỉ khác sốt, mì, thịt chế biến như nhau. Sợi mì ở đây dai, thơm, mướt, béo, ngon. Cá nhân mình ăn thường thêm dầu ớt, dấm và mayonaise cho béo, cay, sốt vị đậm đà vừa phải, không mặn có thêm trứng lòng đào càng thêm béo.
Các chai đựng gia vị để nêm thêm (nếu thích) như tương ớt, dầu ớt, mayonaise, dấm… Phía dưới là hình 2 tô mì mình ở bên chi nhánh Trương Định, sẵn thêm vào đây luôn.
Phía dưới là hình bạn Gấu trộn mì. Bạn nào chưa biết ăn thì quán có tờ hướng dẫn, bạn cứ làm theo và nêm theo khẩu vị mình thôi. Bạn nào không thích nêm cũng không sao, nhưng nêm thêm cảm giác kích thích vị giác hơn. Đợt này quay lại ăn thấy ổn rồi, thấy ăn cũng ngon, không chán ghét nữa (chắc quen vị rồi đó :))).
Giá cả: ok, không mắc, một phần mì nhiều, thịt nhiều, ăn no, giá này hợp lý rồi. Thiệt hại: 220k/ 2 người. Giá trên hình/ menu là giá đã bao gồm 10% VAT.
