Không gian: nói là quán nhậu nhưng quán nhậu kiểu này chắc là phiên bản cao cấp, có thể tiếp khách được, không quá ồn ào, có thể trò chuyện với nhau, trang trí đẹp, lịch sự. Thêm vào đó, khoảng 8h, 9h trở đi có ca sĩ nước ngoài hát accoustic cũng hay lắm. Mình không chắc vụ hát này có cố định theo buổi hay ngày nào cũng có.
Quán rộng rãi, có ngoài trời, trong nhà (máy lạnh) và trên lầu nữa. Hôm bữa thì tụi mình chọn ngồi trong máy lạnh nha.
Món ăn:
Bia ở đây nhiều loại lắm, được chia thành nhiều dòng, theo ly có, theo chai có, một số loại hỏi tới nhân viên nói hết rồi đâm ra ưng loại này rồi phải chuyển sang loại khác. Salmon Bearnaise (cá hồi áp chảo sốt bearnaise): sốt này cực kỳ béo, ngậy cảm nhận mùi bơ nhiều, ở đây làm khá vừa, không đến nỗi lạt, có điều cá hồi béo chấm thêm sốt này cũng béo, hợp với người Tây chứ với dân Á như tụi mình ăn 1 hồi thì hơi ngán.
Rib Eye: cặp vợ chồng bạn mình cực kỳ thích bò, nên cả 2 vợ chồng cùng chọn bò để ăn cho đã :)), chỉ khác nhau phần side dish và sốt, 1 phần là salad bắp cải với sốt tiêu… 1 phần là khoai tây chiên và sốt nấm. Mình thấy sốt tiêu thơm và ăn hợp hơn, miếng bò bưng ra cũng khá là bự, độ chín làm đúng medium – rare, thịt bò mềm, ẩm, ok đó.
