Tụi mình đi ăn các quán Hàn ở VN cũng kha khá, nhưng chưa bao giờ gặp món này ở VN. Lần này đến Seoul, nhất định tìm món này để thử. Nhà hàng này được Michelin recommend, giá cả cũng khá dễ chịu. Các bạn cùng tìm hiểu nhe.

Sau đây là 1 vài đánh giá của tụi mình:

Vị trí: quán này ở khu Mapo. Thường tụi mình hay tham khảo cách đi trên trang visitkorea. Phía dưới là cách tụi mình đi:

  • Tụi mình đi bằng tàu điện ngầm, dừng tại Aeogae Station, Line 5, Exit 4. Sau khi ra khỏi tàu điện ngầm. Các bạn tìm theo địa chỉ là thấy. Quán này ở gần đầu hẻm, khá là dễ tìm.

Không gian: giống mấy quán kiểu gia đình. Không gian nhỏ, chừng vài bàn à. Nhìn ấm cúng, đơn giản, sạch sẽ, ngồi bệt thoải mái. Trên tường treo nhiều hình mấy người nổi tiếng từng tới ăn hay khách quen?

Menu: chỉ phục vụ duy nhất món này – cua ngâm nước tương (gejang).

Phục vụ: bình thường. Món lên lẹ, không nhiệt tình mấy, nhưng cũng không có gì để phàn nàn.

Món ăn:

Tụi mình thường đi giấc 2-3h và không đặt trước gì cả. Nếu có sẵn chỗ quán sẽ mời bạn vô ngay, không thì họ sẽ hẹn lại 30 phút – 1 tiếng gì đó. Các bạn có thể đi mua sắm gần đó, hoặc cafe đi dạo rồi đúng giờ quay lại, sẽ có bàn.

Panchan khá nhiều, các loại rau củ muối, 1 chén cơm trắng, trứng hấp, canh, rong biển và 1 loại lá như rêu mặn mặn và khó ăn. Panchan nhìn chung cũng ngon, coi mỗi thứ ít ít vậy chứ ăn no lắm. Trên bàn có 1 hộp đựng bao tay nylon để mang vào khi ăn cua, 1 chum nhỏ để bỏ vỏ cua.

Cua ngâm nước tương đây rồi: cứ bao nhiêu người là bưng bấy nhiêu con cua ra, không có menu, không order, không hỏi gì cả. Thịt cua mềm, thấm, đậm đà, ngọt ngọt, trứng nhiều, ngọt, béo ngậy luôn, ăn kèm với cơm hoặc cuốn đều bá cháy (nhắc lại còn chảy nước miếng).

Sau khi ăn xong quán có dọn ra 1 chum bằng gốm, cơm với nước lỏng bỏng, mùi như gạo rang. Món đó giống giống món cơm thố đá ở Ba Tofu. Món ở Ba Tofu thì như bên dưới. Điểm khác biệt duy nhất món này bên đây đựng trong bình gốm nhỏ nhỏ, mùi gạo rang đậm hơn.

Giá cả: món này thì cũng nhiều quán đó. Có quán được hẳn sao, nhưng mà hơi mắc. Trong số mấy quán tìm hiểu, mình thấy giá quán này tương đối, panchan nhiều, bao no. Thiệt hại: ~38.000won/ 1 con cua/ 1 người. Gần 800k.
