Bạn gấu rất mê mì, ramen cũng là 1 trong những món yêu thích nhất của bản. Đây từng là một trong những tiệm ramen yêu thích của tụi mình ở Sài Gòn, nhưng sau bữa nay, chắc phải suy nghĩ lại. Các bạn cùng đọc đến cuối xem có vấn đề gì nhe.

Sau đây là 1 vài đánh giá của tụi mình:
Vị trí: quán này trên tầng 5, nằm trong khu làng ẩm thực Nhật “Oedo Village”. Khu này sử dụng mặt bằng chung, nghĩa là bạn ngồi đâu cũng order được món của tất cả nhà hàng trong khu này, không nhất thiết phải ngồi trong phạm vi quán đó.
Không gian: mỗi quán vẫn có không gian riêng để trang trí góc của mình, bàn ghế, vật dụng… Quán này nằm ở góc trong cùng bên trái (từ ngoài vô), nhìn chung mặt bằng rộng rãi và thoải mái so với các quán khác ah.Trang trí cũng dễ nhìn, ổn.
Menu: ramen ở đây khá đa dạng, từ khô tới nước, từ tonkotsu (hầm xương heo), tới Miso, shoyu (nước tương). Bên cạnh đó có 1 số món phụ như cơm chiên, gyoza…
Phục vụ:
Hôm tụi mình đi cũng cuối tuần, nên đông khách lắm. Tụi mình thấy đông khách nên nghĩ phục vụ sẽ chậm chút, cũng thông cảm này nọ. Nhưng mọi việc đi quá xa rồi ha.
Lúc đầu bước vô cả buổi mới có người lại đưa thực đơn, nhân viên cứ chạy qua chạy lại bận rộn gì đó, rồi đi ngang cũng nhìn tụi mình rồi thôi -> Thôi kệ, đông mà.
Sau khi order xong, món ăn được bưng ra nhanh chóng -> lúc này cảm giác hài lòng (vì đông mà làm nhanh). Lúc nhìn lại, không có muỗng đâu, mình kêu em vừa là phục vụ vừa là thu ngân, em dạ dạ rồi đi loanh quanh order, tính tiền mấy bàn kia -> quên lần 1.
Sau đó thấy 1 phục vụ khác bưng món ăn bàn bên cạnh, mình lại nói “lấy dùm chị cái muỗng”, em gật đầu dạ dạ rồi đi luôn vô bếp, không quay lại -> quên lần 2.
Có 1 em nam sơ mi trắng (thấy chạy qua lại giữa các quán), mình kêu lại nhờ lấy muỗng. Em cũng dạ dạ rồi báo em thu ngân, rồi cũng không quay lại -> quên lần 3.
Lại là em thu ngân ban đầu đứng gần tụi mình, (lúc này là điên lắm rồi), mình mới nói “Em, chị kêu lấy muỗng 3 lần rồi đó em, không có muỗng sao ăn em?”. Em gật đầu cười, lần này mới chạy vô bếp lấy muỗng ra ngay lúc đó -> Mất 4 lần để lấy được cái muỗng?
Mình biết là khách đông, mấy bạn bận rộn, tụi mình cũng thông cảm đó. Nhưng chỉ thiếu mỗi cái muỗng, sao lúc khách báo không chạy vô lấy cho rồi, giải quyết dứt điểm cho xong, đơn giản quá mà? Mà thực ra không cần khách nhắc nữa, làm phục vụ bưng ra thấy trên bàn thiếu cái gì, thì nên tự động lấy, để khách nhắc rồi cũng không nhớ, nhắc đi nhắc lại bao nhiêu lần. Tụi mình là đưa quán này vô black list luôn rồi đó. Chán!!!
Món ăn:
Tụi mình gọi mỗi đứa 1 tô, gọi thêm phần topping gồm thịt và trứng lòng đào. Trứng lòng đào ngâm nước tương ở đây ngâm thấm, béo, dẻo, đợt này hơi mặn.
Kakuni Bankara – mì ramen với nước soup truyền thống và thịt heo kho: nước lèo béo, thơm phảng phất mùi thịt kho, thịt hầm có vị nước tương trong đó. Nhưng nước lèo không quá nồng như vị shoyu bình thường. Thịt heo kho chưa mềm rục

Tsukemen – mì ramen nấu khô, ăn kèm nước chấm: mì sợi lớn, dai, để lạnh, nước chấm nóng. Nước chấm đậm đà, béo, có lớp váng dầu trên, thêm dầu ớt vô ăn đã hơn, hơi mặn nếu húp không, nhưng chấm mì vô ăn thì vừa. Món này ít chỗ bán lắm, có chỗ Daigo (giờ chắc đóng cửa rồi), 2 chỗ này làm cũng một 8 một 10 đó.
Giá cả: Thường các nhà hàng trong Takashimaya giá hơi bị cao. Chỉ có khu Oedo Village này là giá mềm, dễ chịu hơn. Thiệt hại: 427k/ 3 người. Giá trên hình/ menu là giá chưa bao gồm 10% VAT.
