Quán này lúc trước tên là Hajime Teppanyaki, đây là một trong những quán yêu thích của tụi mình. Lần cuối tụi mình đến đây nhận thấy bếp chính có thay đổi, cũng thấy lạ lạ và hơi bất an, sau đó trên Fb quán có thông báo đóng cửa để sửa chữa vài tháng. Quán mới mở cửa lại gần đây, đổi cả tên, bếp chính và phần decor dưới tầng trệt. Các bạn cùng xem thử có gì thay đổi ở quán này. (Các bạn có thể tham khảo phần review quán cũ tại đây)

Sau đây là 1 vài đánh giá của tụi mình:
Không gian: thường đi 2 người tụi mình hay ngồi ngay quầy nướng luôn, đợt này đi 3 người nên lên lầu cho tiện. Quầy nướng phía dưới được bọc lại bằng kính rồi (chắc để đỡ ám khói). Hình phía dưới là hình ảnh không gian trên lầu.
Lúc trước phía cuối phòng này có làm chỗ ngồi bệt, hiện tại đổi hết qua bàn ghế cao rồi.
Thực đơn:
Lần quay trở lại nhận thấy menu thay đổi khá nhiều, một số món tâm đắc như Okonomiyaki (bánh xèo Nhật) bị lược bớt một số loại, takoyaki hiện không thấy nữa, một số món khác nữa mình không nhớ lắm, nhưng menu hiện tại bị cắt bớt khá nhiều so với hồi trước, bổ sung vào đó là các món xiên nướng.
Món ăn:
Tụi mình gọi 2 loại shochu và 1 soda chanh, 2 loại shochu này chỉ khác phần trái cây trộn chung, rượu uống khá êm, không nồng mùi cồn, mùi đào có vẻ dễ nhận ra và rõ vị hơn chanh, chanh cảm giác hơi nhẹ.

Ume Suishou (sụn cá mập ngâm sốt mơ): ăn dai dai, sựt sựt khá vui miệng, phần sốt mơ mùi rõ, thơm, hơi chua, khai vị khá ok. Sụn cá mập nên thấy chén nhỏ xíu mà giá vậy khá là cao.

Thấy trên Fb ghi các món xiên nướng sẽ là điểm nhấn của đầu bếp mới, mình nhận thấy menu mấy món này đúng là khá phong phú:
- Ức gà sốt mơ: trong các loại mình có vẻ thích món này nhất, mềm, ướp vừa miệng sốt mơ chua chua ăn ngon.
- Trứng cút ngâm: món này bình thường.
- Đùi gà sốt teriyaki: giòn, ướp vừa miệng
- Tim gà sốt teriyaki: ăn cũng được, sừn sựt.
- Sụn gà sốt teriyaki: dai, sựt sựt, khá ngon.
Ức gà – 54k 
Yaki buta mori (Heo cuộn): thịt mềm, thấm, đậm đà, chấm với mù tạt có vị chua nhẹ, hăng hăng thì đỡ ngán.
Ebi Avocado (Tôm bọc bột chiên + bơ và sốt xoài): sốt xoài ngọt ngọt, bơ béo, phần tôm chiên bột chưa được kết dính lắm, phần bột hơi bị tách ra nhưng vị tổng thể hòa quyện, ngon.
Syoga Yaki (Heo xào hành gừng): mùi hành gừng thơm, món này không giữ được độ nóng lâu, ăn nguội cảm giác mất ngon đi một chút, vị ăn được, không ấn tượng lắm.
Tonpei Yaki (Trứng cuộn thịt heo, phô mai & lá lốt): món này thơm, trứng bông, hơi béo vị trứng và phô mai. Ngon.
Phần bánh xèo Nhật tụi mình chọn loại mix giữa thịt heo và hải sản. Phần này lúc dọn ra quán nên dọn kèm chai sốt để xịt thêm khi cần có vẻ sẽ tốt hơn. Lúc cắt ra cảm nhận sốt hơi ít nên vị sẽ hơi thiếu một chút. Nhưng vẫn có sự hòa quyện của sốt ngọt và sốt okonomiyaki đậm đà mặn mặn, ngọt ngọt, béo béo
Mì Ramen vị muối: sợi mì hơi bị bình thường, nước lèo thanh, ngọt, thơm mùi gà, vị khá nhẹ, gà viên mềm, ăn được, măng ngâm bình thường. Nhìn chung món ramen ở đây mình không đánh giá cao.
Giá cả: giá tương đối, cảm nhận khẩu phần lần này hơi ít so với trước đó. Mặc dù có gọi thêm 1 số món ăn no nhưng đến cuối thì nguyên đám vẫn chỉ hơi ở mức lưng lửng. Thiệt hại: ~1tr328k/ 3 người. Giá trên hình chưa bao gồm 10% VAT.
