Tụi mình biết đến quán này nhờ coi clip của 1 food blogger người Hàn đang làm việc ở Việt Nam trên Youtube. Vì tò mò nên đến ăn thử xem thế nào. Trong clip bạn này giới thiệu đây là quán bán món mì jajang ngon nhất ở Việt Nam mà bạn từng ăn. Cực kỳ háo hức để chờ đợi.

Sau đây là 1 vài đánh giá của tụi mình:
Không gian: bình thường, không trang trí gì đặc biệt, có chừng 4,5 bàn bự với gần khoảng 20-30 ghế. Nhìn không gian quán rất giống mấy quán nhỏ nhỏ gia đình bên Hàn Quốc. Tụi mình đến ăn 2-3 lần thì thấy khách lai rai, toàn bộ là khách Hàn Quốc, có 2 tụi mình là Việt Nam à. Điểm trừ là quán này hơi khó kiếm, nên sử dụng google maps để định vị địa chỉ, số nhà… quán để chữ Hàn chứ không có phiên âm la tinh.
Thực đơn:
Mình đến vì mì nên để ý mấy món khác, mình ấn tượng có mì Jajang, mì jjamppong (mì cay hải sản), ngoài ra hình như còn có thịt heo nướng và miến trộn (japchae) nữa. Thực đơn khá là đơn giản ah.
Món ăn:
Bày biện lịch sự, chưa cần gọi gì cứ tới là quán sẽ bưng 1 bình nước lọc và 1 dĩa kim chi. Vì tụi mình gọi mì jajang nên quán dọn thêm sốt đen đen trộn jajang, hành tây sống và củ cải muối vàng. Kim chi tiệm này hơi cay, chua vừa, củ cải muối vàng giòn, ngọt ngọt nha.
Cả hai đứa cùng gọi mì jajang nên quán dọn ra 2 tô mì riêng và 1 tô sốt “bạ chà bứ” cùng cái vá luôn. Mì sợi dai, mướt, sốt ở đây đặc biệt xài chảo Wok nên cực kỳ thơm mùi khói, đậm đà. Một phần mì bình thường ở đây nam ăn no căng nha, còn phần lớn thì bạn nhân viên sẽ nói thẳng là mình không ăn nổi đâu :))), chắc cỡ khách Hàn hay mấy anh to con, ăn nhiều chắc mới dứt hết. Một tô mì trộn sốt ở đây chắc gấp 1.5 lần mấy chỗ khác ah.
Phần dưới là tô mì jjamppong tụi mình từng ăn ở quán trong 1 dịp khác. Mì ở đây sợi ngon, vẫn nồng mùi khói, nước lèo đậm đà. hơi bị cay nha (ăn đổ mồ hôi luôn). Một tô cực kỳ to, 1 mình mình ăn không hết. Rau nhiều hơn hải sản, hải sản thấy chủ yếu mực và bạch tuộc.

Giá cả: giá rẻ, hợp lý so với khẩu phần. Thiệt hại: ~260k/ 2 người.
