2 vợ chồng mình cực kỳ có cảm tình với các món Tứ Xuyên, chủ yếu mê mấy nguyên liệu trong món ăn như ớt Tứ Xuyên, dầu ớt, hồi, xuyên tiêu. Trong số đó, đặc biệt có cảm tình với mì Dan Dan. Đợt đó thấy quán này mới mới cũng rủ cả gia đình đi ăn chung.

Sau đây là 1 vài đánh giá của tụi mình:
Vị trí: ngay đường này khá yên tĩnh, hơi vắng vẻ. Mình thấy lượng khách cũng lai rai, từ 8h trở đi gần như full bàn, có vẻ cũng nhiều người biết quán ah, chứ với vị trí này ít xe qua lại lắm.
Không gian: mang hơi hướng biển, làng chài, có thuyền, có các dụng cụ đánh bắt cá, nhìn hay hay lạ lạ, màu chủ đạo là màu đỏ, màu may mắn, yêu thích của người Hoa.
Menu: các loại cá, ếch, tôm phối cùng các loại sốt. Còn lại là mấy món ăn chơi chơi. Mấy món đó ít xỉn à. Ăn không thấm thía đâu vô đâu hết mà gọi nhiều cũng khá tốn đó.
Món ăn:
Món nóng nên nước tụi mình gọi mấy món mát mát uống bù lại, như trà thảo mộc, sâm củ năng. Cả 2 loại ngọt thanh vừa phải, uống ngon, thơm. Ăn món cay, nóng uống mấy cái này phê phê nên 1 ly cảm giác không đã.

Trà hạ cô thảo – 22k
- Bắp bò Tứ Xuyên: nhìn vung lên vậy chứ ít à. Miếng bắp cắt mỏng, màu ớt, gia vị ướp lên. Mình ăn thấy bình thường à.
- Cá tai tượng huyết Trùng Khánh: dọn ra thấy toàn là ớt với ớt, mùi không gắt lắm nên nghĩ không cay mấy đâu. Mùi hơi nồng nhiều bạn chưa từng ăn món Tứ Xuyên chắc không thích lắm, vị đậm đà, cay, the, ớt không cay, nồng nồng thôi. Cá thịt chắc, nguyên con bự, ngon đó. Mình thấy món này ăn với cá tai tượng là hợp nhất.
Bắp bò Tứ Xuyên – 62k 
Cá tai tượng huyết trùng khánh – 420k
- Cá lăng sốt tỏi: sốt này thì thơm, nhưng mà chắc ai không thích tỏi thì bỏ qua cho lẹ. Tỏi thấm nước sốt, ăn nguyên tép luôn cũng được, bỏ nhiều lắm luôn. Cá lăng hơi dai, mỡ, béo, nên ăn hơi bị ngán.
Giá cả: giá cá nướng sốt hợp lý, không mắc, đáng để thử, ăn khá là no, mấy món linh tinh thì thấy không đáng tiền ah, chút tẹo à. Thiệt hại: ~1tr300k/ 5 người.
